Classes missed due to vacations days can be made up! However, we require at least 15-days advance notice to info@ntcoralgables.com, in order to accommodate your needs.

I’m going on vacation and I will miss class, what can I do?
What happens if it rains?
Classes lost due to heavy rain will be made up at the next available practice.
* Please note that Camp classes go on RAIN or SHINE. Missed Camp classes will not carry over to another day of camp. Kids classes that are interrupted by rain or lightning will continue safely, off the tennis courts, with a focus on fitness, coordination and agility. If possible, classes will resume on the court when it is safe to play outside.
How can I book a private lesson?
We offer private and semi-private lessons for both kids and adults.

What can I do if my child forgets something at the court?
Please email us at info@ntcoralgables.com and indicate “Missing item” in subject line. Please provide detailed description of the missing item, as well as when and where it was last seen. We will get back to you as soon as possible.
Can I transfer already paid classes or programs to another player?
Our system does not allow us to transfer paid classes to a different player.
Can I get a refund if I missed a class?
We have a No Refunds policy.
